ARLA is the UK’s principal professional body for letting agents. ARLA sets strict compliance and rules of conduct, which FW have long adhered to, and we are now proud to recognise this through our membership, in addition to being regulated by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), where we also follow the RICS Residential Management Code.

FW became members of ARLA in October 2016 after Nicol Nightingale, Lettings Manager achieved her NFoPP Residential Letting and Property Management qualification.

Nicol is committed to continuing professional development, and passing on the benefit of her knowledge to clients, with up to date industry and regulatory news and understanding. Nicol has achieved this qualification in her personal time, whilst developin必利勁
